This particular restaurant has poor customer service, unprofessional manager/owner, Christopher and horrible food.

Stopped by to grab late dinner at 8:30pm, the front counter clerk just stood there no sign if she was ready to take my order but, it appeared she was ready to end her shift. In the middle of my order, she locked the front door So, I asked if the store was about to close and she stated "no". (Okay) Ordered the family chicken meal and asked if I could wait on fresh chicken. Well, she indicated the chicken under the warmer was fresh so, I went ahead and let her box it up. When I got home the chicken was horrible, and brown inside. Called the store no answer. Next day, spoke with the manager, Chris who stated to bring the chicken to the store (HUH!) that was yesterday. So, did he expect me to dig the food from the trash and bring back into the store. I didn't just vouch to NEVER visit a Hartz franchise again.

*Meals cooked at home are much better!

Monetary Loss: $25.
